Kazakh Ambassador to Russia decorated with badge of honor

MOSCOW. November 11. KAZINFORM. /Narymbek Ismagulov/ On the eve of the Day of the Russian Militia Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Russia Zautbek Turisbekov was awarded with a badge of honor of the Internal Security Department of the Russian Internal Affairs Ministry; the Kazakh Embassy's press service told Kazinform.

This award marks his personal contribution to the development and strengthening of cooperation between law enforcement agencies of the two states during the period of service as Kazakh Internal Affairs Minister from 2003 till 2005.

Z. Turisbekov thanked for the award and noted that Kazakhstan and Russia always had friendly and confidential relations. He considers that his main mission as Kazakh Ambassador to Moscow is to promote further enhancement of close allied relations with the Russian Federation for the benefit of the two nations.
