"The Kazakh President is one of the most outstanding figures in the modern history. Prosperity of independent Kazakhstan is connected with his name", S.Demirel said.

Conveying best wishes of our Head of the State, Ambassador Z.Tuimebayev informed of main events and initiatives of Kazakhstan during the chairmanship in the OSCE.

S.Demirel highly appraised Kazakhstan's presidency in the OSCE and expressed confidence in successful holding of the Summit in the Kazakh capital. "Kazakhstan represented by President N.Nazarbayev plays important role in stability maintenance in the Central Asian region", the ex-President of Turkey emphasized. He noted that Turkey was the first country in the world which recognized independence of Kazakhstan and the first OSCE member state which backed Kazakhstan's accession to this Organization in 1994.

S.Demirel conveyed his best wishes to President N.Nazarbayev and Kazakhstanis and congratulated on the upcoming Day of Independence.
