Kazakh, Azerbaijani emergencies ministers sign coop protocol

BAKU. August 27. KAZINFORM. /Arnur Mukhametkarim/ Kazakh Minister of Emergencies Vladimir Bozhko and his Azerbaijani counterpart Kamaleddin Geydarov have signed a cooperation protocol in Baku today.

Making official visit to the capital of Azerbaijan V. Bozhko informed that Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan had similar problems that need to be solved through bilateral cooperation.

According to Mr. Geydarov, Kazakhstan has big experience in the sphere of struggle against disasters. "Azerbaijan intends to use experience of any state connected with mitigation of consequences of climate changes. In particular, we plan to study experience of Kazakhstan", he said.

Today the Kazakh delegation will visit North-West Regional Center of Azerbaijani Emergencies Ministry.
