Kazakh CEC to allocate additional funds for Zhanaozen election commission

ASTANA. December 23. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The Kazakh Central Election Commission will allocate additional funds for an election commission of the town of Zhanaozen, which is to be spent for campaigning in media by candidates for deputies.

Such a decision has been taken today at a regular session of the Kazakh Central Election Commission.

"The Mangystau election commission appealed to support financially," CEC Chairman Kuandyk Turgankulov said.

According to him, in connection with the state of emergency in this town holding of any meetings, and the candidates need more funds to campaign in television and print media.
