Kazakh-Chinese security talks held in Beijing
ASTANA. November 20. KAZINFORM The fifth session of the Security Cooperation Subcommittee of the China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Committee (CKCC) was held Thursday in Beijing.
The Kazakh delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Nurlan Yerkembeyav, the Chinese delegation - Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya.
The parties discussed the issues of further deepening of cooperation in the field of combating new security treats and challenges of two countries, strengthening of interaction between law-enforcement agencies and modernization of legislative basis of two countries.
Upon the results of the session the protocol reflecting further cooperation plans for the nearest future was signed.
Deputy Foreign Ministers held a bilateral meeting as well. A wide range of bilateral cooperation fields including realization of agreements achieved at the highest level was discussed at the meeting.
