Kazakh Defense Minister invites France, India to take part in KADEX-2012

ASTANA. November 2. KAZINFORM Kazakh Minister of Defense Adilbek Dzhaksybekov held meetings with ambassadors of France Jean-Charles Berthonnet and India Ashok Sajjanhar on Wednesday in Astana.

"Today Kazakh Defense Ministry attaches much importance to the cooperation with France. Mutual top level visits between our countries laid foundation for the ongoing development of cooperation. As a result we have established joint ventures Thales and Eurocopter," Dzhaksybekov said at a meeting with Mr. Berthonnet.

МО-А.Джаксыбеков-с-ЧПП--Индии According to the Kazakh Minister, Kazakhstan considers it is needed to intensify cooperation with India in the field of defense and security. This year Kazakhstan and India signed the annual cooperation plan between the defense ministries.

After the meetings, Dzhaksybekov noted that Kazakhstan is ready to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in military-technical sphere. He invited French and Indian enterprises of the military-industrial complex to participate in the exhibition KADEX-2012 planned for May 3-6.
