Kazakh duo wins Bahrain International Series II 2024 in Manama

Kazakhstan's badminton team won the Bahrain International Series II 2024 in Manama, Kazinform News Agency cites Olympic.kz.

The Kazakh duo of Dmitriy Panarin and Aisha Zhumabek grabbed gold in the mixed doubles event.

Panarin and Zhumabek defeated India's Kona Tarun and Sri Krishna Priya Kudaravalli in the final match with a score of 2:1 (18-21, 21-18, 21-15).

It should be noted that Dmitriy Panarin bagged the bronze medal in men's singles at this tournament.
