Kazakh Embassy joins annual Charity Bazaar in Warsaw
The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Poland joined the annual fundraising event – the International Charity Bazaar - held under the auspices of the First Lady of Poland Agata Kornhauser-Duda, Kazinform News Agency reports.
As the press office of the Kazakh Embassy informed, the event was organised by the Spouses of Heads of Mission (SHOM) and brought together around 50 embassies, which sold original products from their countries and introduced visitors to their national cuisine.
The Kazakh Embassy presented souvenirs and culinary products of our country: the souvenirs decorated with Kazakh ornaments, various types of national jewellery and clothes, traditional handicrafts, as well as Kazakh sweets. The guests also enjoyed kuys “Alkissa” and “Alash Amanaty” performed by Kazakh students on dombra.
Those attending the event were the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, diplomatic corps, media, business and social communities.
