Kazakh fencers win bronze at Vancouver Fencing World Cup 2024

The Kazakh fencers won a bronze medal at the Vancouver Fencing World Cup 2024 held in Canada, Kazinform News Agency cites the National Olympic Committee.

On its way to bronze the Kazakh team beat Hong Kong and Italy and lost to Japan in the semis.

Hungary grabbed gold defeating Japan in the final clashes.

Ruslan Kurbanov, Elmar Alimzhanov, Vadim Sharlaimov and Yerlik Sertay defended the country’s colors at the Vancouver Fencing World Cup 2024.

As earlier reported, the Kazakhstan short track team pocketed three medals at the Alta Valtellina Trophy International Junior Short Track tournament held in Bormio, Italy, from November 21 to 24.
