Kazakh fighter enters top 15 of World Boxing Council ranking

The World Boxing Council (WBC) has revealed an updated list of fighters in all categories, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Ivan Dychko has climbed two spots in the latest WBC superheavyweight ranking, securing the 31st line.

Zhan Kossobutskiy, who used to rank 27th, dropped out of the ranking.

In the light heavyweight division, Bekzad Nurdauletov dropped one spot securing 27th spot.

In the second middleweight category, Ali Akhmedov moved up from 16th to 13th place. Bek Nurmaganbet moved down one line, landing 33rd spot.

Meiirim Nursultanov remains in the second position in the middleweight ranking, following Hamzah Sheeraz of Great Britain. Dominican Carlos Adames is the WBC world champion in this division.

Sadriddin Akhmedov ranks 30th in the first middleweight category.

In the first welterweight category, Sergey Lipinets and Batyr Jukembaev lost one position each landing the 27th and 29th spots, respectively.

In the second featherweight category, Sultan Zaurbek dropped two spots and secured 32nd standing.
