Kazakh FM participated in OSCE-EU Troika meeting

ASTANA. March 19. KAZINFORM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ ?Kazakh Foreign Minister Marat Tazhin took part in the session the OSCE and EU Troika?, official representative of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Yerzhan Ashikbayev has said today at the briefing.

?First in this year session of the managing boards (Troikas) of the biggest European structures ? the OSCE and the EU was held on March 17 in Brussels. Kazakh Foreign Minister Marat Tazhin took part in it?, Y.Ashikbayev said. ?The participants exchanged opinions on the situation in Georgia, West Balkans, outlooks for the future of European security. The discussions confirmed the preparedness of the sides to promote the dialogue in the most topical regional problems?, he noted. The results of the meeting witnessed the importance and demand for the consultations within the OSCE-EU, which for the first time were held with participation of Kazakhstan.
