Kazakh FM pays official visit to China

BEIJING. KAZINFORM - Foreign Affairs Minister of Kazakhstan Erlan Idrissov is on an official visit to China.

The visit is held on the threshold of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev's state visit to China and participation in the 4th CICA Summit in Shanghai this May. In Beijing, Minister Idrissov is expected to address Chinese researchers and experts at the China Institute of International Studies. The head of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry is also set to meet his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi and Vice President of the People's Republic of China Li Yuanchao. In addition, Mr. Idrissov will address a Beijing-hosted briefing for foreign diplomatic corps accredited in China and participate in the unveiling ceremony of a monument to Abai Kunanbayev in the city.
