Kazakh FM, UNESCO Director General debated coop issues

ASTANA. May 29. KAZINFORM Kazakh Foreign Affairs Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov met in Astana with visiting UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova.

The parties debated Kazakhstan-UNESCO cooperation issues and prospects for further development, forthcoming Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions.

"The Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions is of great importance for UNESCO, an organization which is engaged directly in intercultural dialogue issues," she said.
