Kazakh Government approved comprehensive plan on energy efficiency

TANA. November 29. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Introducing a comprehensive plan on energy efficiency at the Government's session, Vice Minister of Industry and New Technologies Kanysh Tuleushin noted that this plan is directed to solution of the tasks set by the Head of State, i.e. by 2015 its implementation should reduce the energy intensity of GDP by 10 percent.

The Vice Minister emphasized that energy efficiency is a core of development of economy of the leading countries of the world. "And our country has great potential in this issue," K.Tuleushin said.

According to him, the most energy-intensive field is industry.
