Kazakh Government passes draft concept of youth policy for 2020

ASTANA. February 26. KAZINFORM The Government of Kazakhstan has passed the draft concept of the state youth policy for 2020.

Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov who presented the draft document stressed it covered all key ideas highlighted by President Nazarbayev in his article "Social Modernization of Kazakhstan" and the "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy.

In his words, the concept focuses on the new principles of social policy based on the guarantees of the state as well as on the individual liabilities.

The concept envisages the problems of youth employment, retraining, provision of affordable housing, travel and meal expenses reimbursement.

In general, the new document supports the youth and offers opportunities for its self-realization.
