Kazakh governmental delegation on official visit to Germany
The main purpose of the visit is to discuss the pressing issues of the Kazakh-German economic and trade cooperation in the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as exchange of experience in the operation of the public finance system. B.Sagintayev held a series of talks with German partners including managing director of the Eastern Committee German Economy Rainer Lindner, co-chairman of the Kazakh-German Business Council Peter Tils, general director of the group Rheinmetall Defence Torsten Heiz, a member of the board of Claas company Jan- Henrik Moor, as well as vice president of Freiberg Mining Academy Carsten Drebenstedt. During these meetings, the parties exchanged opinions on a wide range of issues of investment cooperation, as well as discussed specific projects of German companies in Kazakhstan. The same day B.Sagintayev participated in a roundtable themed "Opportunities for German business in Kazakhstan under the Eurasian Economic Union". During the event, the Kazakh delegation informed the business community about the benefits and opportunities for German business in the light of the new economic policy "Nurly Zhol", as well as in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
