Kazakh, Indian businessmen signed a number of documents
DELHI. January 24. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Following up the business forum in Delhi businessmen of Kazakhstan and India have signed several documents, Kazinform reports.
Thus, National Economic Chamber ?Atameken? Union? and the Confederation of Indian Industry signed an Agreement on development of the Kazakh-Indian business cooperation.
Over 100 Kazakhstani representatives took part in the forum. These are the members of the Commerce and Industry Chamber, heads of subsidiary companies of ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund, ?Atameken? Union? National Economic Chamber and heads of different companies and organizations.
As President of the Commerce and Industry Chamber Yerlan Kozhasbay said, Almaty would host three events this year which would let expand bilateral contacts. Namely, in March the Chamber will organize a meeting of sellers and buyers of engineering products of India. The Chamber plans to hold a national exhibition of India in May and a tourist forum ? in June. The Commerce and Industry Chamber has established close ties with Indian business-associations ? Confederation of Industrialists, Indian Chamber of Commerce and the Export Promotion Organisation of India.
