In today’s world, digitalization is part of the learning and development process. Kazakhstan’s startup projects utilize digital tools to make learning Kazakh easy and effective, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports, citing Astana Hub press service.

Multiple innovative projects focus on promoting the state language. The range of digital tools used is huge. Specialists develop mobile learning apps and multimedia projects based on artificial intelligence. These startups not only help learn words but also encourage the process by introducing national fairy tales, music, poems, and traditions in mobile apps and multimedia platforms.

Daniya Akhmetova, Managing Director of Astana Hub International Technopark of IT Startups, noted that startups that develop Kazakhstan culture and traditions play a significant role in preserving and popularizing the national heritage by combining innovative approaches to the country's history and culture.

“These startups not only contribute to the revival of historical and cultural values but also present them on the world stage, demonstrating the richness and uniqueness of the Kazakh people,” she said.

Daniya Akhmetova gave the example of the Speech Lab service, which is the first model in the Commonwealth of Independent States that can recognize Kazakh and mixed Kazakh-Russian speech.

Sifro company produces high-quality CGI films and cartoons based on Kazakh history, actively using advanced technologies to create 2D and 3D animation.

Many projects are free for learners. Such startups as Qonzhyq App and Sazalem provide free access to Kazakh music and folklore.

The Sazalem app includes a range of Kazakh music, from classic to modern songs. It has gained popularity, garnering more than one million downloads. This app is not only about music but also provides historical, tourism, and cultural information about Kazakhstan.

Children are also the target audience for the Astana Hub projects. More than 150,000 users are registered in the Qonzhyq App, which aims to revive Kazakh folklore and teach children the Kazakh language. There one can find a collection of Kazakh golden folklore of all times.

IG Space General Director Andrey Zhuravlev emphasized that the company runs complex business automation. The business solutions include the importance of Kazakh language learning and digital development. For example, robots voice and duplicate information in Kazakh, Russian and English.

The development of the Kazakh language and culture is obviously not an immediate process, and startup projects need to be popularized. However, the number of registered users and downloads encourages IT specialists to continue contributing to it.
