Kazakh, Japanese FMs discuss cooperation over phone
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu held a telephone conversation with his Japanese counterpart Takeshi Iwaya, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh MFA.
The heads of foreign ministries discussed a number of important issues of Kazakh-Japanese relations as well as the expansion of trade, economic and investment ties.
The ministers also exchanged views on the most pressing topics on the international agenda, including the issues of regional and global security.
The mutual intention to continue joint work aimed at further strengthening the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Japan was confirmed.
