Kazakh judokas win 2 silver, 3 bronze medals at IV Asian Para Games
Kazakhstani para judokas claimed today two silver medals and three won bronze medals at the IV Asian Para Games in China’s Hangzhou, Kazinform News Agency reports via the Ministry of Tourism and Sport.
Zhanbota Amanzhol, who competes in men’s J2 90kg, lost to South Korean athlete Lee Jung and took a silver medal.
Yerlan Utepov lost to Mongolian sportsman Ganbat Dashtseren in +90kg weight category and received a bronze medal.
Bronze medals were won by Galymzhan Smagululy who defeated Uzbek athlete in J2 90kg, Yerlan Konkiyev who beat Chinese athlete Li Peng in J2 +90kg with the score of 10:0, and Talgat Azhgaliyev who won over an Indonesian athlete in J2 +90kg.
