Kazakh, Lithuanian foreign ministries to hold consultations
ASTANA. November 30. KAZINFORM Foreign ministries of Kazakhstan and Lithuania to hold consultations on 5 December in Vilnius, Head of the Kazakh MFA's press service Ilyas Omarov told Friday briefing.

"Vice Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Alexey Volkov will lead the Kazakh delegation and his Lithuanian colleague Evaldas Ignatavičius is expected to head the delegation of his country," I. Omarov added.
During the forthcoming consultations the sides will discuss the state and prospects of bilateral relations, exchange views on relevant problems of the Kazakh-Lithuanian cooperation and pressing international and global issues.
The sales turnover between Kazakhstan and Lithuania in 2012 totaled USD 179.5 million, growing 9.6% compared to 2011 result of USD 163.8 million.
Currently there are 158 enterprises with the Lithuanian capital in Kazakhstan operating in trade, processing industry, information and communication, transport and storage.
