Kazakh Majilis ratified Agr't on investment protection and encouragement with Romania

ASTANA. June 26. KAZINFORM Draft law on "Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Romanian Government on investment protection and encouragement" was approved at a plenary meeting of Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.

Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev said presenting the draft law, the agreement signed in March 2010 in Astana has been developed by the initiative of Romania, in connection of Romania's entering the European Union.

The agreement provides the stimulation of the investments made by investors of the other contracting parties, and recognizes such investments in accordance with the national law.
