Kazakh Minister of Environment to visit Finland
The conference concerning "green" economy will be held on March 13-14 within the visit of the Kazakh Minister of Environment.
Finland is a leading expert in certain areas of environmental technology, for example, cost-effective energy, water and other materials, bio energy, bio fuels, and joint production of electricity and heat.
In proportion to its population, Finland is a leading developer in the field of energy and environment. Investment in green technology pays off with energy efficiency, and a higher standard of quality of life.
Kapparov is expected to meet with the Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade Alexander Stubb, who is the Chairman of Finland in the Kazakh-Finnish Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation. Kapparov is the chairman on behalf of Kazakhstan.
During the visit Nurlan Kapparov will also meet with the Finnish Minister of the Environment Ville Niinisto and with Secretary General and Head of the Cabinet of the Office of the President of the Republic of Finland Teemu Tanner.
