Kazakh Minister of Tourism and Sport held meetings with diplomats of Korea and Maldives

ASTANA. April 3. KAZINFORM Kazakh Minister of Tourism and Sport Temirkhan Dosmukhanbetov held a range of meetings, initiated by the diplomats of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Maldives, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Ministry.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Korea to Kazakhstan Lee Ben Hwa complimented the high level of Kazakh-Korean relations in the political and socio-economic spheres. Seoul is a big investor and partner of our country today. Besides, the special envoy of the Korean President expressed gratitude to T.Dosmukhanbetov for the contribution to the development of Kazakh-Korean relations in the field of tourism and sport. ?The main purpose of my visit is promotion of tourist potential of Maldives in Kazakhstan. We believe in close and long-term cooperation between our states in the filed of tourism?, Foreign Minister of Maldives Ahmed Shaheed said at the meeting. T.Dosmukhanbetov noted that Kazakh tourists often visit Maldives. The heads of the Ministries discussed possibility of Kazakhstan to make investments to Maldives and issues of cooperation of both countries in the field of tourism.
