Kazakh Ministry of Finances to join foreign loan market in 2010

ASTANA.  November 10. KAZINFORM  /Serik Sabekov/ Kazakhstan Ministry of Finances plans to enter foreign loan market in 2010, Minister Bolat Zhamishev has announced at the Government's session in Astana today.

"The Ministry of Finances of plans to enter the foreign loan market next year in order to define the benchmark", he said. However Zhamishev did not specify the expected volume of loans.
