Kazakh Ministry of Labor signs agreements with akims of regions, Astana and Almaty

ASTANA. January 16. KAZINFORM. Akims of regions and Astana and Almaty cities assume the obligation on achievement of direct and final results within the target transfers provided in the republican budget. Kazakh Ministry of Labor and Social Protection concluded such agreement with all governors of the regions.

As press secretary of the Ministry A. Dyussenov informed, the question is about target transfers of local budgets from the republican one for the implementation of the Law ?On special social services?, as well as construction and maintenance of newly commissioned social objects, payment of state address social aid and annual state benefits for children till 18 years. According to the document, akimats should report to the Ministry on direct and final results upon the means they use. The parties also bear responsibility before each other both for unauthorized use of budget means as their untimely transfer. This is a first ever agreement between the state body and local administration. According to experts, the most important thing in this document is the constant monitoring of the use of funds allocated from the national budget. The Agreement was developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
