Kazakh nat'l autonomy of Omsk oblast celebrates its 15th anniversary

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The regional Kazakh national cultural autonomy of the Omsk oblast celebrated its 15th anniversary. A solemn meeting and a gala concert took place at the Omsk philharmonic hall.

It brought together above 1,000 people. Authorities of the Omsk oblast and city congratulated those gathered on the jubilee of the national alliance, the Omsk region government's website reads. The Kazakh regional national cultural autonomy of the Omsk oblast was founded in 1999 as one of the first across Russia. Leader of the Omsk Muslim community Anarbek Zhunussov was appointed its first president.
