Kazakh Nat'l Paralympic Team already wins 21 medals at IWAS World Games 2013

Golden medals were taken by Michael Eremenko (swimming, 50m butterfly ), Ruslan Utebaliev (swimming, 100m, on the back), Vladimir Erman (swimming, 100m freestyle ), Oksana Mityakova (swimming, 50m butterfly ).
Again, two gold medals belong to Zulfiya Gabidullina entering the top eight swimmers in the world rankings (swimming 150 m freestyle, 100 m freestyle).
Second silver medal has been won by Alina Mikhailova (swimming, 100m freestyle). Silver - Dmitry Lee (swimming, 100m freestyle ) and Michael Eremenko (swimming, 100m, on the back) .
Bronze went to Alina Mikhailova (swimming, 100m, on the back) and Amanat Kalkaev (long jump).
NOTE: In the competition are involved 500 athletes from 35 countries. Kazakhstan is one of 16 participants in three types of sports ( 1 - archery , 6 - athletics , 9 - swimming).
On the first day of competition Kazakhstan Paralympic brought to the treasury 10 medals : 5 golds , 2 silvers and 3 bronzes. Total National Paralympic Team Kazakhstan succeeded to win 21 medals - a record number of awards in the history of Paralympic sport in the country.
The participation of the Kazakh team has been organized with the support of the National Paralympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is sponsored by the National Welfare Fund called "Samruk -Kazyna".
