ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A whooping sum of 35 billion tenge will be allotted from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan this year to support domestic machine builders as part of the anti-crisis plan, according to First Vice Minister of National Economy Marat Kussainov.
"To support domestic machine builders (car, helicopter and passenger car manufacturers), we plan to allot 35 billion tenge from the National Fund this year, including 20 billion tenge for car manufacturers, 10 billion tenge for helicopter manufacturers and 5 billion tenge for passenger car manufacturers," Marat Kussainov said at a press conference at the Central Communications Service on Monday. In his words, ‘by supporting domestic machine builders we will reduce the number of imported machines and maintain domestic production volumes'. "Generally speaking, these measures will enable potential customers inside and outside of the country to purchase Kazakhstan-made machines on favorable terms," he stressed.
