Kazakh Ombudsman asks his Thai counterpart to assist in objective solution of the case connected with arrest of 4 Kazakh pilots

ASTANA.  December 25. KAZINFORM Human Rights Commissioner of Kazakhstan has sent a letter to the Ombudsman of the Kingdom of Thailand in which he asks to provide assistance in ensuring all-round and objective consideration of the incident connected by arrest of four Kazakh pilots.

The Kazakh Ombudsman expressed confidence that consideration of the case would be based on fundamental international-legal documents in air transportation sphere, primarily, the Warsaw Convention October  21, 1929 and the Montréal Convention as of May 28, 1999 and the principles of humanism, priority of human rights and freedoms, the press service of the Kazakhstan Ombudsman informs.
