Kazakh parliamentarians visit France

PARIS-BRUSSELS. March 4. KAZINFORM. /Yerzhan Ospanov/ Parliamentary Cooperation Group Kazakhstan-France headed by Deputy Chairman of the Majilis (Lower House of the Kazakh Parliament) Zhanibek Karibzhanov has arrived in Paris with a working visit; Kazinform reports.

The delegation will have meetings with the leadership of the National Assembly of France and representatives of the Interparliamentary Group of Friendship ?Kazakhstan-France?, leaders of the parliamentary factions, ministries and French companies. Besides, Kazakh parliamentarians and Ambassador to France Murat Tashibayev will take part in the session of the French National Assembly within the Governmental Hour. Vice Speaker of the Majilis and other Kazakh representatives are also planned to participate in the Forum ?Kazakhstan ? Strategic Partner of Europe? that will be held under the aegis of President Nicolas Sarkozy and with support of Kazakhstan?s embassy. A presentation of ?Path to Europe? State Program will take place within the visit as well. On March 6 Kazakh deputies will visit offices and enterprises of EADS Group of Companies Headquartered in Toulouse, France.
