Kazakh PM set before Land Resources Management Agency task on building clear land policy

ASTANA. January 19. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov set the Kazakh Agency for Land Resources Management the task on establishment of land and property cadastres and their introduction in the electronic government, Kazinform reports.

The Premier noted that it is necessary to build distinct land policy, as long as economic activity and social order of any state depend on it. According to K.Massimov, we have insufficient regulative form from the side of the Government and the side of the local executive bodies. And we should fulfill this gap. The Head of the Government commissioned the Agency together with the Ministry of Justice to establish land and property cadastres this year and introduce them in the system of e-government. ?When we will have the land and property cadastres the next step will be a transfer of land and property taxes to one agency?, he said.
