Kazakh Premier instructs on forming commision in view of Russian Proton crash

ASTANA. July 2. KAZINFORM - At the latest Government's meeting carried out today in connection with 'Proton-M' rocket fall in Baikonur, Serik Akhmetov, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, has instructed the Government to form a commission under the direction of the Minister of Environmental Protection.
