Kazakh President appoints Foreign Ministry's executive secretary

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of State decreed to appoint Anarbek Karashev as executive secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Affairs Ministry, the Akorda press service said.

Born in 1965, Karashev, previously acted as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Czech Republic with concurrent accreditation to the Slovak Republic.
