Kazakh President bestows 1st degree 'Barys' order on Olympic champion

ASTANA. December 14. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev awarded the first degree "Barys" order to Kazakh Olympic champion Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov on Wednesday in Astana.

The second degree "Barys' order was also awarded to Kazakh Defense Minister Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, Senate Speaker Kairat Mami, President of JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" Askar Mamin, Director General of LLC "Ivolga-Holding" Vassily Rozinov.

Head of the department of Presidential affairs Serik Umbetov as well as co-founders and primary shareholders of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC) Alexander Mashkevich and Patokh Chodiev were awarded the third degree "Barys" order.
