Kazakh President charged to allocate KZT 29 bln for Astana airport reconstruction

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has charged to allocate KZT 29 bln for the Astana airport reconstruction.

"On the eve of EXPO 2017 we have to develop further Astana transport and its infrastructure. The airport will reach this year its peak capacity up to 3,5 mln people. I charge to devote KZT 29 bln for the construction of a new terminal and reconstruction of the air strip," the President said delivering the State-of-the-Nation Address 2015 in Astana.
