Kazakh President orders to shoot without warning

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Head of State has addressed today the nation, Kazinform reports.

The President said that terrorists are still doing damage to state and private property using arms. The President ordered the law enforcement agencies and the army to open fire without warning.

As earlier reported, the state of emergency is in place nationwide until January 19.
