Kazakh President received Customs Control Committee chairman

ASTANA. December 7. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Kazakh Finance Ministry Serik Baimaganbetov.

Baimaganbetov informed the President of the main results of the committee's work. For the past 11 months the customs bodies transferred KZT 1 trillion 32 billion of customs duties and taxes to the budget that is KZT 389 billion more against the analogous period of 2010.

Nursultan Nazarbayev gave tasks to raise effectiveness of customs administration and control, and step up contraband control.
