Kazakh President receives CITIC Group CEO
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received CITIC Group Chairman Zhu Hexin, Kazinform Agency reports quoting the Akorda press service.

The sides discussed issues concerning strengthening partnership relations in key areas such energy, petrochemical industry, etc.
Zhu Hexin told the Kazakh President about the development of the agreements reached earlier between Kazakhstan and CITIC Group. This May CITIC Construction company and Kazakhstan signed five documents on the implementation of projects with the total amount of investments up to 2 billion US dollars. One of the key projects is the expansion of production capacities of the Aktau bitumen plant Caspi Bitum to refine up to 1.5 million tons of oil a year.
During the talks the CITIC Group CEO highly appreciated mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and the company.
The sides also focused on prospects for cooperation in the sphere of investments and agro-industrial complex.
