It is a good standing for President Nazarbayev addressing to the country revealed in his Message the Kazakhstan's way "Strategy 2050". I regard it as a system-based breakthrough to the future. The President's proposals have the character of global scale innovation project. The point at issue is strengthening of innovation industrialization trend of continued importance not only for Kazakhstan but also for the CIS and all emerging countries in general. Nursultan Nazarbayev as a world class politician, leading scientist and brilliant policymaker drew his attention to this. Besides, provisions on the development of innovation industrialization reflects certain proposals concerning raising efficiency of traditional mining sectors of Kazakhstan. It is crucial for further advance of science-driven sectors such as electronics, laser technology, communication and medical equipment, etc. Secondly, the President raises a question on a crucially new approach to enter the world's geological exploration market. It is noteworthy, the President's Address of global meaning touches upon setting agro-industrial complex out to the innovation path. One of the overriding issues brought forward is the dynamic development of the infrastructure triad, namely, agglomerations, transport and energetics. Astana and Almaty cities are defined as the urbanistic centers. Finally, I would like to highlight the President's conclusion that the future of Kazakhstan is with providing for new opportunities to reveal intellectual potential of Kazakhstanis. The developed country in the 21st century undoubtedly consists of well-educated and healthy people," he added.
