Kazakh President's policy and anti-crisis measures taken by Government weaken recession's impact - Majilis Vice Speaker
ASTANA. December 29. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev's policy and anti-crisis measures taken by the Government weakened the recession's impact. Vice Chairman on the Majilis Zhanybek Karibzhanov has announced it at the solemn meeting; the House's press service reports.

"The Vice Speaker congratulated all Parliamentarians on the upcoming New Year. He noted that great events happened in 2009. The world crisis, which Kazakhstan experienced, did not affect its economy. As a result of President Nursultan Nazarbayev's policy the anti-crisis measures help weaken the recession's impact", the press release noted.
Z.Karibzhanov noted that in the crisis the defense mechanism of the National Fund successfully worked; activity of the financial institutions was normalized, the banking sector functions. The Road map implemented, unemployment decreases.
The Vice Speaker emphasized that Kazakhstan will implement a plan of industrial and innovation development of the country and a number of other programs in 2010.
