Kazakh President signs decree 'on meritocracy'

ASTANA. November 20. KAZINFORM The Head of State signed the decree "On amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" aiming at ensuring stability and effective activities of the staff of the government bodies, promotion of professionalism of the government officials under the principle of meritocracy through strengthening of the executive secretaries' institute.
