Kazakh President surveys Astana industrial park’s leading enterprises
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the industrial park No.1 to survey the Kazakh capital’s industrial potential, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Akorda press service.
According to deputy mayor Yevgeniy Glotov, the city's gross regional product in the first six months of the year reached 4.7 trillion tenge The share of small and medium-sized businesses makes over 73% in the structure of the gross regional product, the investment share in the gross regional product account for 11.5%.
The industrial park No.1 plays a special role in attracting investments. 100 projects with a total amount of investments of up to 322 billion tenge are being developed at the park. The park leads in the production output countrywide with 6.7 trillion tenge.
The Head of State got acquainted with the achievements of the park’s leading enterprises such as Tau Ken Altyn, Stadler Kazakhstan, DSS, DUYQAZ, VNP Astana, and MFA International.
