Kazakh President to attend informal summit of CIS Heads of State

ASTANA. December 12.KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will attend the informal summit of the Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States on December 20 in Moscow, official spokesman for the Kazakh MFA Altai Abibullayev told a briefing.

Besides, on December 19 the Head of the State will take part in the meetings of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council which groups Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan and the EurAsEC Interstate Council. On December Nursultan Nazarbayev will participate in the meeting of the CSTO informal summit of CIS Heads of State.

On December 19-20 councils of CIS foreign and defense ministers, meeting of the Committee of the Security Council secretaries and the session of the informal summit of CIS Heads of State will convene there.

Besides, the President is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the CIS leaders on the sidelines of the informal summit.
