Kazakh President visits Karaganda meat-processing plant

AGANDA. August 27. KAZINFORM. /Valentina Yelizarova/ Making a working trip to Karaganda region the Head of the State has visited meat-processing plant of "Tai" company.

"Due to KZT 146.8 million loan obtained last year from "Kazagrofinance" JSC for purchase of processing equipment the enterprise realized KZT 805 million investment project. So the plant can process 5 thousand tons of meat per year and produce 4.5 thousand tons of sausage products from foot stock supplied by the region's agricultural producers. The project is unique as it has its own raw-material base", Director of the plant Sergey Kruglov said.

"Using our equipment and innovative technologies and having own raw-material base it becomes possible to create a closed circuit of production, processing and sale of high-quality low-priced products, supply them to the region and other cities through the network of public pavilions", he noted.

The volume of output is planned to reach 3,500 tons a year or 15 tons per day. 120 more jobs will be created at the enterprise.
