Kazakh Prime Minister charged to curb inflation
ASTANA. February 4. KAZINFORM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ Today Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged the corresponding departments to curb inflation in accordance with the devaluation of tenge at the telephone conference in the Kazakh Government, Kazinform reports.
?It is necessary to provide the stability of the pricing policy, i.e, to prevent rampant inflation, especially on products of first necessity ?, K.Massimov said.
?I commission the Agency for Competition Protection to retard any tariff raising for the period?, the premier added.
Deputy Premier Umirzak Shukeyev will take control over the issue of inflation in the regions.
