Kazakh Prime Minister commissions to address issue of hot meals at schools

ASTANA. January 22. KAZINFORM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ Today Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has commissioned Head of the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev together with Mayors to address the issue of organization of hot meals at schools for needy comprehensive school students, Kazinform reports.

?One of the reasons why low-income parents send their children to school is a possibility to feed them. This category of people should be supported by the Government?, K.Massimov said. Hot meals at schools will be organized at the expences of the local budgets. Z.Tuimebayev will report on the accomplished work at the session of the Government on February 2, 2009.
