Kazakh-Saudi business forum takes place in Shymkent

ASTANA. August 15. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Two-day Kazakh-Saudi business forum has been opened in Shymkent today, Kazinform refers to the press service of the akimat of South Kazakhstan region.

18 Arabian companies, regional businessmen, representatives of "Ontustik" Socio-Entrepreneur Corporation, "Ontustik" Special Economic Zone, the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Kazakhstan take part in the third forum, held in Kazakhstan with participation of the Saudi businessmen.

Over 50 investment projects in the field of agriculture, construction industry, consumer goods and food industry were presented at the forum. Contracts on intents were signed between the Kazakh and Saudi companies. The Saudi businessmen visited "Ontustik" Special Economic Zone within the forum.

The work on attraction of the investment will be continued in the region by means of organization of business forum with participation of European companies.
