Kazakh Secretary of State met with Ambassador of Switzerland

ASTANA. December 6. KAZINFORM  Kazakh Secretary of State Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed  met with  Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation in Kazakhstan Stefan Nellen, the Presidential press service reported.  

M. Kul-Mukhammed, on behalf of the Head of State thanked the Ambassador for his contribution to the development of bilateral relations, and active participation in important Kazakh foreign policy actions, especially during Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the OSCE.

Kazakhstan and Switzerland  share similar positions on key international and regional security. Switzerland actively supports Kazakhstan's accession to the WTO.

M. Kul-Mukhammed awarded S. Nellen with the Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Kazakhstan commemorating his efforts to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
