Kazakh Secretary of State met with Norwegian Ambassador

ASTANA. February 10. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Kazakh State Secretary Kanat Saudabayev met with Ambassador of Norway to Kazakhstan Mette Kongshem, Kazinform reports.

At the meeting K.Saudabayev noted that cooperation between the two countries develop successfully that is witnessed by the decision of the Norwegian Government to open the overall representation in our country. M.Kongshem noted that Norway attaches great importance to cooperation with Kazakhstan in the field of reduction and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons in the world and cleanup operations on the territories of uranium mines activity and nuclear wastes disposal. Besides, the Ambassador noted that Norway supports Kazakhstan on the issue of the OSCE chairmanship.
